Loving :: Valentine Freebies

I love a good freebie, and with Valentine’s Day coming up in a week, there are some really fun ones around.

Ordinarily, I’d pass them right by. Not that I have anything against Valentine’s Day, but it’s not a holiday I usually celebrate much beyond saying “Happy Valentine’s Day!” Still, a lot of Valentine freebies I’ve come across are so stinking cute, I had to share a few favorites with you. I’m particularly smitten with the DIY Valentine Popcorn Party. A movie party like that is just begging for The Princess Bride, don’t you think? (Wuv! True wuv.)

All of these freebies also inspired me to come up with my own – I’ll share that one on Valentine’s Day, so check back next week!

What favorite freebies or printables have you come across lately?

  1. These are awfully cute, Brandi! Thanks for the round-up. I haven’t done much in the way of Valentine’s yet, except for helping my 7 year old decorate a shoebox for his classroom Valentines! 🙂 I tend to express myself for this holiday in the baking…lots of hearts and pink and red sprinkles! 🙂

  2. As you wish. 🙂

    I was particularly struck by a project I found on Pinterest – it’s the 52 Reasons I Love You project using a deck of cards. There are a million versions of it, but I thought it was cute. I’m making that for my husband. Otherwise, not much into the whole Valentine’s thing… if I’m only telling my loved ones that I love them one day a year, I’m doing something wrong!!

    • “Tyrone, you know how much I love watching you work, but I’ve got my country’s 500th anniversary to plan, my wedding to arrange, my wife to murder and Guilder to frame for it; I’m swamped.” 🙂

      Aw, what a sweet idea! And I agree – I make it a point to say I love you before hanging up the phone or leaving to every loved one. Can’t say it enough!
